Summer Plaque

The Summer Plaque was put on the bomb-bay doors today.Myself and the manager of the 3M Aerospace division put on another 7 decals. It looks VERY impressive. XH558 is looking great for Waddington ! Photographs to follow.

Yes, its a good job and well done. The "Polishing Club" team gave the bay lots of attention the day before in recognition of the plaques importance and I can confirm it was applied with plenty of skill and TLC by the 3M chaps. Hopefully lots of you will get to see it at Waddo but I've lifted a link from the newsletter for those who would like a peek at the design now...

I had a flyer earlier this year re a monthly donation (doing already ) and the Summer plaque and no where on it did it state £70 , I filled it in sent a cheque and never even got a thank you email for my donation (oh dear ).
My cheque was just cashed not even a thank you email It feels as though the money is just taken for granted.
It also seems the amount of money I sent was not enough .
Like many others we give what we can, buy Vulcan Items from the shows the shop etc , other cheques and have been loyal supporters for years.
Is it a case of anyone with money to spare can be on the the plaque .
Just a comment just one member that felt what do you have to send to be on it
