I know that free national adverts are lworth their weight in gold etc but putting one in that rag is going to kick off a whole heap of aggro (it has allready). I would seriously reconsider putting one in there, i know i for one feel strongly enough to seriously reconsider being associated with anything that has anything to do with that filthy rag and the corrupt corporation that owns it.

I don't have any issues. it is individual journalists & investigators that are corrupt, and I suspect it extends much further than the News of the World. The vast majority of reporters there a decent professionals.

On another point, this was supposed to be the most-read Sunday newspaper in the country, yet I have never read it, nor have I even seen anyone else buy or read it. I'm obviously not very observant on Sundays.

One thing to remember is that NONE of this is a proven fact... it's just other journalists speculating and sticking the knife in..... don't get me wrong I'm not sticking up for NOTW..... I dislike the breed intensely and wouldn't trust one as far as I could throw one.... I had enough bad experiences with jounalists/reporters when I worked on the Trust, the majority very rarely get their facts right and are usually not interested in what you say, just how they can twist your words to gain their own ends and sell papers...if they can do that.... majority do not care if it's the truth or not..

Apparently all the relevant web names for 'The Sun on Sunday' were registered just hours before the NotW was cast aside. So, in other words, all the hacks who have been asked to reapply for their jobs will do the same thing at the same office for the same people. Only the logo at the top of the page will be different.....

I've had a couple of letters & articles published in the written media , and by the time they'd hacked & modified them they bore no resemblance to what I'd initially written.
I've read { and seen on TV } several features about events I was present at.....again , I had cause to wonder if the "reporters" had actually been there or just fabricated an article whilst ensconced in a pub somewhere !!
