Would surprise me if it was true, VTTS are now capable of any crap. (Excluding engineers!)

Aviation Waffle / possible ferry flight today?

Is it true? - heard a rumour of a secret ferry flight for 558 to Bruntingthorpe later this morning. They certainly kept that under wraps even moreso than the final flight in 2015.

doubt I could make Doncaster in time but might just make Brunty

Cheers Clive, I remember being sat on the Beach at Llantwich Major a Few Years back and having Miss Demeanour and 2 L-39s tearing the Skies up all around us for Hours and some great Low Passes

No worries.
If I'm unsure, I check the SWAG website ( http://www.southwalesaviationgroup.co.uk/ ) as they're usually up to date on daily movements.

Are you sure about that?
It's still there as far as I know,  as is G-BWGL, which arrived just over a week earlier ( both are at HAS for maintenance )
Granted I may have missed it, but I haven't heard it working St Athan or Cardiff since it arrived - the only ex-Mil that have done air-tests then departed recently are JPs & L-29s
SWAG also hasn't reported it as having departed.

I might've misread the info I was passed and for that I apologise ..

Should anybody pop in, whilst staying at my daugher's in Cinderford, yesterday Monday, 1400 hours, heard a fairly low jet engine, and emerging from the clouds was a Hawker Hunter, was I pleased?

Apparently, according to Funtera, it belonged to the Dutch Hawker Hunter Foundation, registration G-KAXF. It came in from Holland but I couldn't find where it landed.
St Athan, was there for 2 days and went home
