I would like to thank all our engineer's VERY much for all the work carried out on 558 over the years.

Same sentements from me..Always made to feel welcome.. Never in my wildest dreams did i ever think i would get up on those wings and clean her!!!So a special thankyou to Sam!!!

Thanks to our engineers, certainly without whom we would not have had the aircraft and the pleasure of seeing her in the right environment.  This must be well worth having on your CV!

Thanks to all the engineers over the many years who worked on her. These are the people who gave us a flying Vulcan.
Other roles can change, jobs created and staff come and go, but without the skills of the qualified ground crew, this project would have been dead in the water. Thanks guys.

I  know I have not been on the Forum for a while but I would like just to add my comments to the list.

Thank you very much to all the Vulcan Engineers who with their skill kept XH558 in the air for 8 years and to the Engineers who put her together to give us in the Club "The Dream we wished for" and to introduce the Vulcan to many people who had not see her fly.

It is a sad time for everyone especially the people who have lost their jobs, I wish them luck for the future and I hope our paths cross in the near future.
