The supposed take off distance at maximum take-off weight for the Boeing 737-800 is 8181feet, while the Airbus A380 is 9020, but obviously loading would create the variables.

I've got a couple of 100 watt ones that I don't want anymore, but on the other hand, why not approach either a Garden Bulb supplier for either sponsorship or help/advice, or even Kew Gardens, something else so British, (digging a different kind of hole) the BBC so that they can be involved and then we get the publicity..
