...and another Merlin pottering about Fareham earlier this evening before heading off North. Not spotted, but heard around lunchtime, there seemed to be a lot of air activity over the Dockyard, probably something to do with The Queen visiting HMS Lancaster today.

RAF Merlin nearly took the roof off our house a few minute ago, 0845!
Ok, a slight exaggeration but he was very low and fast.

If you zoom in on the last position, it looks pretty clear it's parked up at Duxford.  It's been there for around 4 hours.

Stood drinking and watching the May Queen being crowned at our Maypole celebrations( bored out my brain) when a wonderful noise came thrutching right over the Maypole. A Spitfire piloted by Andy Millican? Did a superb display!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

BBMF Dakota passing low & loud straight over my house 16:10hrs, heading North East! Got some pics, but as she suddenly came over, in the excitement, I didn't have the right settings  ::) ...but still, what a treat - great sight & sound!  ;D
