Timmy the Tonka disturbing the peace around Doncaster this evening.

I meant to post there were a couple of 5 Sqn Global express things (with the extra luggage boxes) here last week.
I'll never give up on the dream!

Are you old enough to remember 'Whirlybirds'? I used to love that programme - 1959/60.

2x Apache West of Church Fenton heading South earlier on.  Don't see them very often.

2 X Chinooks, about 1530, following the M3 away from London over the M25. Great sound over the small wooded park I was in at the time, even heard them above the motorway traffic.

One Chinook outside 3 hangar at Doncaster (come to see her Grandma?)

Getting just like a RAF station here with all the Grey and Green things turning u (there was a 5 Sqn thing with the luggage boxes on it here yesterday)

Not to mention the Grey/Green resident  :D

I was meant to be able to see the Space station tonight but I'm blowed if my eye sight is that good!

Sorry it's the wrong thread but quickly, if the sky is clear in five minutes time you might see it go straight over, though they say not due to daylight, this might surprise you... if  not,, then later
18 Feb   -   17:50:39   10°   W   17:53:55   84°   S   17:57:12   10°   E   daylight
18 Feb   -   19:27:09   10°   W   19:30:11   35°   SSW   19:33:12   10°   SE   visible

Ah well, as I popped out, natures curtains were drawing across my field of view, so even doubtful now for the next pass.
