One from the weekend.

Antonov An2 biplane over Southampton.

It did one very high pass over the city.

On the second pass the passengers all got so bored they all jumped out!

The boat show is on - they used to get the Red Arrows but I guess under the modern CAA rules this is all that will be allowed  >:(

Excellent , I remember seeing an An-2 at Wellesbourne Many years ago for a Wings and Wheels Fast Taxi ..
An-2, Sea Vixen (in Red Bull Colours), Spitfire, 2 great Taxi Runs by 655 and a Hell-for-Leather Pass by a Jaguar at about 20ft off the deck down the runway

Spitfire and Hurricane at the Southampton boat show yesterday and today  ;D

Nice display only spoilt by the commentator (Sean Maffet?) talking over the top of the blasted 633 Sqn theme  :(

Why they can't let two Merlins talk for themselves....

Nice to meet up with Bryan and Maggie on the historic navy stand  :) :)
