As has been said, pester the Southport organisers.  They're the ones who book the aircraft for their show :)

From latest news letter from Southport Air Show:-

Welcome to the Southport Air Show
As well as the world famous Red Arrows attending on the Saturday (only) with jaw dropping displays, we also have some fantastic RAF, Military and Civilian aircraft, plus plenty of entertainment on the ground...in the lead up to the event we will announce the aircraft to you...and of course any additions to the event we think will interest you.

Remember, book your tickets early to take advantage of the advance ticket rate of £5*.

AIRCRAFT CONFIRMED SO FAR.....

Typhoon
The Black Cats
Catalina
Hunter
Tucano
The Red Arrows (Saturday only, approx 2.30pm)
PLEASE NOTE: Displays are subject to suitable weather conditions on the day and organisers cannot guarantee a full programme if conditions compromise priorities of health and safety.

* Advance rate ends midnight Friday 17th September 2010. Booking fees apply, see our website for details.

I have replied with this:-  Please please book the Vulcan for both days you will fill your hotels and guest houses and bring coins to your coffers
