and I hope the duffnuts that she managed to blag at the end of the Monday by claiming they lived on the streets went down well!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE DOUGHNUTS! We were all starving by that time and to see your whole family bursting through the doorway with two bags of doughnuts was a very welcome site.
Thank you again, see you at another show I hope.
And by the way, your children were delightful.

Sorry Bob, did not mean to imply that you are an old bloke as well. Just because we are the same age doesn't mean we are both old!

Yes, sorry for the ambush   We were camped with the CSMA club and were walking back to the camper when they spotted you and Mark in your VV clothes and felt it only right that all workers that weekend should get their doughnuts!

You were more than welcome, I'd spent all weekend chasing them around the show so didn't fancy a night of sugar fuelled kids! They had a great time and the enclosure was a godsend, a safe haven where we could decamp and also a fantastic meet up point for the older kids when they wanted to wander off on their own (with my money of course   )

It was day two, Monday morning.
The 'punters' were trying to get in and we had to hold them back while Adrian took the photos with my camera while being filmed by one of the PlanesTV crew.
The happy smiling faces were evident throughout the weekend as, despite the bad news with the aircraft, we all had a ball.
Even packing up on Monday evening the VV was full of laughter due to the antics of the 'Official VV Court Jester' AKA Shackers.  :D  :D  :D

Kate and I are still laughing four days later. Oh, don't forget we had the joke master, Paddy, with us as well.
