I've been following/supporting our gorgeous Vulcan for 25 years and I'm not going to stop now. Good luck to all the engineers and I look forward to seeing our big beautiful 558 back where she belongs.

My best wishes for a speedy return to firing on all four!

PS can anyone confirm that the howl on the new engines will be 100% in tune with the remaining serviceable units!

I know there were only 250 RS3100 Capris, but still, Capris, sadly, weren't exactly built for the duration that the Cortinas were, hence you getting hold of the engine for your Granada!

Yeh, but taking the motor out of a genuine RS3100...that's like, some sort of religous desecration... Sacrilege... :o

And it's not 'cos Capris weren't as well built as "Dustbins"......it's just that they tended to get crashed a lot more { especially 3.0L Mk1s !! }

Just gotta know how to drive 'em properly  ;)  (slowly).

If I had a £ for every time someone says to me "I used to have one of those; I wrote it off" I'd be a rich man!!! :D
