I take it that the trust is approaching possible sponsors rather than sitting back and waiting to be approached................ ;)

I'm assuming the above post is very much tongue-in-cheek?!

From what I've been told, members of the Trust are working flat out pursuing various avenues to secure income, including a host of leads gained at Farnborough and RIAT. Michael Trotter's fuel usage must be approaching '558's by now!!  :lol:

Thought 3M (the people who make scotch tape) were already a sponsor? Or are they getting s shed load of free advertising from the massive lettering in the bomb bay?

While the Pope is over here on his State Visit can we ask the trust to approach him for a blessing of  XH558 and a small donation to our flying funds....... :o
