Really, really good to meet so many of you at Coventry. Thank you Bob for the group photo, a lovely surprise & what a brilliant picture it turned out to be - so many children, excellent proof of the 'future Inspired'.

When we eventually got home & I said good night to my 11 year old daughter Bethany she said "The Vulcan is Cool Dad!" she's not one to enthuse about many things - That Magical Effect again?

VV heaving all day, you people in there are heroes!

Hope to see you all again soon.

Mark, Anne, Bethany, Harrison & Lily Mae.

I was thinking the same thing as Mags.

If someone was to copy the photo but replace faces by (index) numbers on white (head shape) backgrounds and you posted that, folks could put their names against the numbers.....then you can put the 3 items together: original photo, photo with numbered heads and list of names v. head numbers... ???

Bob - well done for organising the badges / photo

Damien - excellent photo
(I have donated...)

I'm sure there are forum viewers who have the ability to link the photo to an index page, oh, that's not me then.

I have a copy of the photo with 77 blank faces on it - now I know there are issues related to photos of children that started a debate elsewhere on the forum. As it stands the photo is not linked to any names, if therefore there is a concensus to leave as is then that is what will happen if however there is a consensus to have names to faces then please go to the link below where the blanked photo is published and compare the photos and enter names as required - by the way I am 77 ( no gregg not my age ) and whilst knowing others I intend to remain neutral on the issue but will coordinate as required

What a great photo!
Shame we had to miss the day as we were in France but it looks as though you all had a great time.
It is so good to see all those familiar faces that we see so often in the VV and glad to see that Ian (PA28) is wearing his new hat with pride.  :D

Fabulous photo, and what a great opportunity for all those there, all the more gutted now as I had to cancel my visit last minute owing to a spot of car trouble (faulty wheel bearing   ).

Well done to all concerned, especially the VV crew  ;)  (keep hold of my badge for the next forum meet, cheers,I will make it one day)

regards Roy
