Pledge Redemption
« on: November 19, 2013, 08:30:08 PM »
Got the Tuesday Pledge Redemption email today saying that all emails asking to honour pledges have now been sent out.   I gave my email address when I pledged on 21st Sept and received an email in return stating:

Dear Supporter,

Thank you for your pledge towards Operation 2015....

I haven't got an email (yet) asking me to honour my pledge giving me a reference number to quote.  Have I been missed?   :(

As soon as I know my reference number I'll pay up :D :D :D   Perhaps I'll get a letter with it on.

Ian

Hi Ian

Those that gave an email address are being contacted by email not letter in first instance  to reduce costs. It sounds like something has been missed off your email. Jim's right, there is a dedicated team at Hinckley dealing with pledges. If you give Roma a ring there, I am sure she will sort it for you.

Thanks for your continuing support

Sarah

Sounds like Dee hasn't heard either.

A quick call to Hinckley is the answer if you are worried.

Just been on the phone with Hinckley (0845 5046 558) and redeemed my pledge.  They said that it appears some details had been missed for pledges made in September but I will still get my rewards though.

Make sure you have checked your Spam folders, as pledge emails could have easily ended up there.  If you use something like Hotmail, BT or Yahoo mail, you will need to do this on the provider's webmail page, since Spam doesn't get downloaded to email clients such as Outlook or Thunderbird (even though they have their own Spam folders & filters).

If you haven't heard by now you must call Hinckley. They will help you sort it out.

Lives change, personal commitments also, but I think it is excellent that such a high percentage of pledges have been received. Thank you to All who have been able to complete, so far.

Made my pledge on the last day. Email came through as promised, paid me money and got my certificate yesterday morning.
Will sit patiently awaiting the other goodies in 2014.
