Air to Air Photo Shoots
« on: August 27, 2015, 02:05:46 PM »
Just out of interest, there seems to be (in my opinion) a large ammount of flying done which involves air to air photo shoots with 558 ,what happens to all these images and is there a plan to publish them at some stage in a definitive book or are they just used for Trust promotional work ?

From Facebook:

We are working with some of the top aviation photographers to capture spectacular air-to-air images of XH558 in her final flying season, many of which will be published in a new book for Christmas.

You need to 'get with it' and get a Facebook account, old-timer, then you won't need to ask in future :)

I can't do things like that, and it get's lonely on here sometimes. Too many forms of communication now.

I see from the the RAF Lakenheath Face Book site (see Tim I am a bit Techy Savvy  :) ),that 558 did a photo shoot with the F15's during the Thursday flight (not mentioned on Twitter),this is from Facebook so is in the public domain.

Thanks for that Mike, nice to see they still are interested; now wouldn't that have been nice as a flypast at an airshow.
