Windy at Heathrow

Where I live just a couple of miles south of Heathrow, any "go rounds" come over my place and earlier I was aware of something big comiing over, 'twas a Qatari A380. Lo and behold the poor blighters have just gone round again......

I was in an A320 taking off from Heathrow at 09.00 that day....
Roughest take off I can remember.....really nasty wind.....

Probably better taking off than landing.
